Arsenal in the Community disability officer Luke Howard won the Inclusion Partner of the Year Award at the London FA Awards 2016.
Luke received his award for his continuous dedication to inclusion through a wide variety of disability projects that he runs with Arsenal in the Community.
Alongside other devoted Arsenal in the Community staff, Luke runs mental health, learning disability, downs syndrome and amputee football sessions.
