It has been a successful few months for Arsenal Ladies.
After the first-team claimed a record 14th Women’s FA Cup at Wembley with a 1-0 win against Chelsea, the development sides have added a trio of trophies to the ever-growing trophy cabinet.
The under-15s were crowned Dallas International Girls Cup champions in April with a 3-1 victory against Lonestar ECNL, having played five games in 10 days in the USA. Then the under-17s secured a resounding 5-1 victory against Manchester United to win the FA Youth Cup.
The development team won the League Cup shortly after the senior side’s triumph, beating Sheffield Ladies 2-1 for Arsenal’s fourth trophy in the space of a couple of months.
