BT Sport, through its long-term partnership with the club, recently talked to Arsene Wenger, Jack Wilshere and Alex Iwobi about the Arsenal Academy, the distinctive Arsenal style, and the progression of players in to the first team.
The club is currently in the process of redeveloping its facilities at both the Hale End youth academy and London Colney training centre, with significant investment made to ensure players have the best possible facilities at every age group within the club.
New changing rooms and gym facilities have already been built at Hale End, along with new office and classroom space. Further developments, including the installation of three new pitches, landscaping and car parking are currently being undertaken and are due to finish in the near future.
