Jade Bailey has agreed to join Chelsea Ladies.
The 20-year-old midfielder came up through Arsenal Ladies’ centre of excellence to become a first team regular at the club.
An England youth international, she helped the Gunners to two FA Cups and two Continental Cups over three seasons with the senior setup.
