Young midfielder Gedion Zelalem has joined Glasgow Rangers on loan until January 3, 2016.
The 18-year-old has so far featured twice for the Arsenal first team in competitive matches, as well as being involved in a number of pre-season friendlies.
Zelalem became the first player born after Arsène Wenger took charge to feature for the Gunners when he made his debut in the FA Cup fourth-round game against Coventry City in January 2014.
A regular for the club’sacademy sides, he scored the winner in the under-21s' opening game of the season - a 1-0 win against Fulham at Emirates Stadium. He also helped the under-19s to victory in the Durban International Tournament in South Africa.
Zelalem played for the USA at this year's Under-20 World Cup, having previously represented Germany at youth level.
Everyone at Arsenal wishes Gedion well at Rangers, where he will look to gain additional senior experience.
