Charlie Gilmour has been called up to the England Under-17 squad for the St. George’s Park Tournament later this month.

The midfielder has been named as part of Steve Cooper’s squad to take on Italy, Portugal and Turkey ahead of the European Championship first qualifying round in October.

The get-together sees England play three games in five days, starting with Italy at AFC Telford United’s Bucks Head Stadium on Wednesday, August 26.

They then face Turkey at Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium two days later before the final match with Portugal at Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium on Sunday, August 30.

Tickets for all three England games in the SGP Tournament cost just £3 for adults and £1.50 for concessions from the hosting clubs.
