Natalia Pablos Sanchon says she can cope with the pressure of being a key player for Arsenal Ladies.

The Spain forward was a 58th-minute substitute in Wednesday’s Continental Cup fixture at London Bees and scored twice as the Gunners came from a goal behind to win 3-1.

It was Natalia’s second winner in the space of four days, following her late strike against Notts County, and the 29-year-old is pleased with the contribution she has made in her debut season for Arsenal.

"It’s my job to score goals and that’s what I know how to do, so hopefully I can do it as much as possible"

“I feel really confident at the moment and I’m just really happy to be helping the team, that’s the most important thing,” she told Arsenal.com. “It’s my job to score goals and that’s what I know how to do, so hopefully I can do it as much as possible.

“I’m still quite new at Arsenal and at the beginning it was hard because there were new team-mates, new staff, a new club. But all of the players have made me feel so welcome and I feel so much better.

“At Bristol we didn’t fight for the league so it’s different. Now we have so much pressure in each game but I just try to forget where I am. I like to play without thinking and I can handle the pressure.”
