on the win…
We had some good spells as a team and we’ve been putting our principles into effect. We’re just really chuffed to win.
on her hat-trick…
It’s always nice to score as a striker but we did enough as a team to get through to the next round, which is the most important thing.
on Millwall…
We played them in pre-season and we beat them but we knew it was going to be a tough game regardless of that. Anything can happen in the FA Cup so we just had to be professional and stick to it.
on whether there is still more to come from Arsenal…
There’s definitely still more to come, it’s early days for us. We’re gelling well so let’s hope we can gel more on the pitch further on in the season.
on her targets for this season…
To score more goals, stay in the starting lineup and help my team to be successful this year.
on Notts County…
It’s always tough playing Notts. This year will be very difficult whoever we play because everyone’s improving. It’s going to be a tight game but hopefully if we perform the way we performed against Millwall, or even better, then hopefully we can get the result that we want.
