Arsenal Ladies have completed the signing of Vicky Losada from Barcelona.
The 23-year-old midfielder has spent much of the past 10 years with the Catalan club, captaining them to three Superliga titles and three Spanish Cups.
She also enjoyed a spell with Western New York flash in the United States during 2014, where she worked alongside Arsenal Ladies' manager Pedro Martinez Losa.
A Spain international, Losada has scored three goals in seven appearances during her country's 2015 World Cup qualification campaign.
Losa said: "Vicky is a very exciting player for us. I know her quality well from working with her at New York Flash, where she had one of the best assist records in the league.
“She is creative player, dangerous going forward with lots of energy and commitment. She will be a very valuable addition to the squad. I would like to welcome her to the team on behalf of everyone at the club."
Vicky will join up with Arsenal for pre-season training at the beginning of March.
