Kieran Gibbs comes back in for the suspended Calum Chambers, which sees Mathieu Debuchy shift to centre back.
Santi Cazorla, Danny Welbeck, Olivier Giroud and Alexis Sanchez, who had been rested midweek, come back in for Aaron Ramsey, Joel Campbell, Yaya Sanogo and Lukas Podolski.
Elsewhere, Maitland-Niles and Semi Ajayi join Francis Coquelin on the bench, who was recalled from by Arsenal this week.
