Kieran Gibbs makes his 100th Premier League appearance for Arsenal in place of Nacho Monreal and Olivier Giroud comes in for Danny Welbeck.
Elsewhere, under-21s Semi Ajayi and Ainsley Maitland-Niles start the game on the bench.
