Gunners trio reach World Cup final

Arsenal will have three representatives in the World Cup final after Germany thrashed Brazil 7-1 in their semi-final on Tuesday.

Mesut Ozil played the full 90 minutes in Belo Horizonte, laying on the fifth goal for Sami Khedira as Germany raced into a 5-0 half-time lead.

Thomas Muller, Miroslav Klose and Toni Kroos (2) were also on target before the break and Andre Schurrle added two more goals in the second half before Oscar's late consolation.

Per Mertesacker replaced Mats Hummels at half-time while Lukas Podolski was an unused substitute.

Germany will face Holland or Argentina in the final on Sunday.
