TEAM NEWS: Fabianski starts FA Cup final

Former Gunner Lukasz Fabianski is likely to start

Lukasz Fabianski will start the FA Cup final against Hull City at Wembley.

The Polish goalkeeper has started every game of this year's run, and was the semi-final hero as he saved two penalties in Arsenal’s shoot-out victory against Wigan Athletic.

There had been some speculation that Wojciech Szczesny might return to the starting XI for the final, but Fabianski has been given the nod.

Elsewhere, Olivier Giroud has been handed his first start in this season’s competition and will spearhead the attack, with Yaya Sanogo on the bench.

Team in full: Fabianski, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs, Arteta, Ramsey, Cazorla, Ozil, Podolski, Giroud

Subs: Szczesny, Vermaelen, Rosicky, Wilshere, Monreal, Flamini, Sanogo

Referee: Lee Probert
Attendance: 89345
