Miguel Azeez has been recalled from his loan at UD Ibiza and has joined Wigan Athletic on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 20-year-old has made 11 appearances in total for UD Ibiza this season and will now spend the second half of the campaign with former Arsenal contingent, Kolo Toure and Kevin Betsy at Wigan Athletic in the Championship.
The central midfielder made his senior debut for the club just a couple of months after his 18th birthday when we played Dundalk away in the Europa League, back in December 2020. Miguel also spent some time on loan at Portsmouth last season.
We wish Miguel all the best for his loan spell at Wigan Athletic and look forward to seeing his continued development.
The deal is subject to the completion of regulatory processes.
