Our FA Women's Continental Tyres League Cup campaign continues with a home semi-final fixture against Manchester City in February.
We comfortably saw off Carla Ward's Aston Villa side at Meadow Park on Thursday evening to progress to the next stage of the competition. On her club debut, goalkeeper Sabrina D'Angelo recorded a clean sheet and at the other end, a brace from Frida Maanum and a second-half strike from Caitlin Foord made it 3-0 to our Gunners.
We will now battle the defending champions for a place in the final, which is currently scheduled to be played at Selhurst Park on Sunday, March 5.
FA Women's Continental Tyres League Cup semi-final ties are due to take place on either February 8 or 9. Precise dates, times, and locations will be finalised in due course.
