William Saliba picked up the man of the match award in his second appearance for Nice, following his loan move back to Ligue 1.
The centre back impressed as his new side drew 1-1 with Metz on Saturday. Nice took the lead through Amine Gouiri in the first half before John Boye scored late for Metz to ensure the points were shared.
Elsewhere, Sead Kolasinac played his first game for Schalke this weekend as they beat Hoffenheim 4-0 at home. The defender has joined the German outfit for the remainder of the season and marked his debut with three points and a clean sheet. Kolasinac played the full game as Matthew Hoppe bagged a hat-trick and Amine Harit converted late to complete the scoring.
Lucas Torreira was handed his first start since December 16 as Atletico Madrid were dumped out of the Copa del Ray by Cornella. The Segunda Division B underdogs scored early through Adrian Jimenez and held out to make it a night to forget for Diego Simeone's side.
Matteo Guendouzi played the full match as Hertha Berlin lost 1-0 to Bielefeld on the road in the Bundesliga. Guendouzi made his 11th start in a row for Hertha but was powerless to prevent Reinhold Yabo from giving the hosts all three points just after the hour mark.
Harry Clarke played the full match as Oldham were beaten 4-1 by Bournemouth in the Emirates FA Cup third round.

A goalless half an hour meant penalties, and three misses from West Brom all but handed Blackpool progression to the next round.
James Olayinka played 80 minutes as Southend beat Barrow 1-0 in League Two. Reeco Hackett-Fairchild struck early to put Southend on their way to a vital win in their efforts to avoid the drop this season. Our 20-year-old forward was replaced late on by Richard Taylor as Southend hung on for all three points at Roots Hall.
Mark McGuinness played the full match as Ipswich were beaten 3-2 by Swindon at Portman Road. A brace from Diallang Jaiyesimi and a first league goal of the season for Scott Twine were enough to see the visitors over the line. James Norwood and Alan Judge both notched in vain for Ipswich, who now slip to eighth in League Two.
Matt Smith also featured in the game, playing 95 minutes for Swindon before being replaced by Anthony Grant deep into added time.
