We can confirm that Lina Hurtig will depart the club when her contract expires at the end of the season.
Lina joined us from Juventus in the summer of 2022 and made her debut in our 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion in the Women’s Super League the following September.
During her time with us, Lina made a total of 36 appearances and scored seven goals, helping us to win two League Cup trophies. During her time in north London, she was also part of the Sweden squad which finished third at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Everyone at Arsenal Football Club would like to thank Lina for her contribution to the club, and we wish her well for her next chapter.
