Jordi Osei-Tutu has joined Rotherham United on loan for the remainder of the 2021/22 season.
The 23-year-old defender moves to the League One side to gain further experience after enjoying three previous loan spells away during his time with us.
The attacking wing back spent the first half of this season with Nottingham Forest, having spent the 2020/21 campaign also on loan in the Championship with Cardiff City.
Jordi also gained valuable experience with German club VfL Bochum, where he spent the 2019/20 season on loan. During his time there, he made 21 appearances, playing mostly at right back, but also showed his versatility by impressing as a winger towards the end of the 2. Bundesliga season.
Jordi joined us as a scholar from Reading in summer 2015 and later in that year signed as a young professional in October 2015. He travelled with the first-team squad on our pre-season tour to Singapore in 2018 and also was a member of the squad for our mid-season training camp in Dubai in early 2019.
We wish Jordi all the best during his time with Rotherham United, who are currently top of League One and pushing for promotion into the Championship.
The loan deal is subject to the completion of regulatory processes.
