The Lionesses will defend their European Championship title next year after booking their place at UEFA Euro 2025.
A goalless draw with Sweden was enough to take England through to the tournament, with captain Leah Williamson, Beth Mead and Alessia Russo all in action on Tuesday evening.
The draw means Sweden will head to the play-offs to fight for qualification. The draw has yet to take place but the first round of matches has been confirmed between 23-29 October.
Elsewhere in the group, Ireland stunned France as they stormed to victory in Cork. Katie McCabe returned to captain the Girls in Green in the 3-1 win, with Denise O'Sullivan, Julie-Ann Russell and former Gunner Anna Patten getting on the scoresheet.
Mariona Caldentey assisted in Spain's 2-0 win over Belgium on Tuesday as they secured top spot in their group. Laia Codina also featured for 71 minutes for Spain, whilst Mariona made her impact off the bench.
Denmark, who had also secured qualification before the final game, won 2-0 against Czechia. Kathrine Kuhl was a half-time substitute in that tie.
Frida Maanum and Norway will need to qualify for Euro 2025 via the playoffs after they were held to a draw by the Netherlands. Our midfielder played the whole game for Norway as they took the lead through Caroline Graham Hansen on the hour mark, but Vivianne Miedema equalised late on for the Dutch.
The Netherlands, missing Victoria Pelova through injury, have now officially qualified for the tournament in Switzerland.
Manuela Zinsberger and Laura Wienroither were both involved for Austria as they lost 4-0 to Germany in Hanover. The Austrian side were already confirmed for the play-offs ahead of the fixture.
Over the pond, Emily Fox played over an hour for the US Women's National Team in their final fixture ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics. The Americans were held to a goalless draw against Costa Rica.
