Important supporter info: Conti Cup final

Ahead of Saturday’s FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup Final against Chelsea, we have important information for fans attending the game.

Firstly, don’t forget your tickets! If you have bought tickets online and have chosen the ‘print-at-home’ option, make sure that you have printed these off before heading to The City Ground. If you try to scan your ticket from a mobile-phone it won’t work.

The Main Ticket Office is located near the entrance to the Main Stand car park on Pavilion Road. This facility is open for ticket sales and collections of pre-purchased tickets from 9am until 2 hours prior to kick-off (15:30).

The Ticket Collections Office is located at the corner of the Brian Clough Stand and Trent End and handles ticket collections and fan enquiries from 2 hours prior to kick-off (15:30) until half-time.

The City Ground is a cashless stadium. Fans are encouraged to remember to bring a credit/debit card with you. Only credit/debit cards will be valid forms of payment inside the stadium.

Stewards will be conducting bag searches at The City Ground, please bring no larger than an A4-size bag. The City Ground is unable to store baggage/pushchairs, so it’s advised not to bring them.

Supporters are encouraged to arrive at least 60 minutes before kick-off, plan your route accordingly. There are plenty of pre-match activities going on at The City Ground, so make sure you keep an eye on public transport timetables, and any possible delays which might mean that you need to set out for the stadium earlier than you had initially planned.

The approved car park for The City Ground is the County Hall Car Park, which is available from £5 per car. If you be taking the train, the stadium is roughly a 20-minute walk from Nottingham Railway Station.

Thankfully, there is currently no scheduled transport maintenance. You can plan your journey here.
