We would like to remind all supporters travelling to Chelsea on Saturday that homophobic and discriminatory chanting of all kinds is offensive and will not be tolerated.
Homophobic abuse is also a hate crime and is punishable by the law.
We investigate all incidents that are reported to us and working closely with the police, we will take strong action against perpetrators who can be identified.
If you witness any form of homophobic or discriminatory chanting at the match, please report it to the nearest matchday steward or complete this form.
