Our matches haven’t been the same without you and we look forward to welcoming you to Emirates Stadium on Sunday for our first home game of the 2021/22 Premier League season.
Our game against Chelsea is set to be our biggest attendance since the start of the pandemic. A lot has changed since we last opened our doors for a full capacity fixture, so we would like to explain what this means for you.
We strongly recommend that all supporters arrive a minimum of 90 minutes before kick-off to avoid queues and delays entering the stadium.
We’re pleased to be able to offer all supporters a buy one, get one free offer on Camden Town Brewery beers inside the stadium up to one hour before kick-off.
We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Entry and kick off times
- Club and Box Level opens at 14:00
- General Admission opens at 14:30
- Kick-off at 16:30
We apologise to our supporters who received their new membership cards late and to the small minority who may not have received them yet.
Season Ticket Holders...
All season ticket holders should have received their new My Arsenal Rewards card and their digital pass which has been sent by email. Both can be used to enter the stadium. The digital pass can be added to the Apple or Google Pay wallet on your Smartphone device. Please click here to read our how-to-guide on using a digital pass to access Emirates Stadium.
Please note, you only need to activate your card My Arsenal Rewards card via the Arsenal Official app if you intend to use the pre-payment functionality. You do not need to take any action if you only intend to use your card to access Emirates Stadium.
To avoid delays if using your digital pass for Sunday's game:
1. Get your digital pass ready before you arrive at the turnstile
2. Hold your pass up to the contactless sticker on the turnstile reader
If you’ve received a new My Arsenal Rewards card and a digital pass, you can use either of these to access the stadium. If you haven’t yet received a new card, you should use the digital pass that has been emailed to you.
As with season ticket holders, Arsenal Members only need to activate their My Arsenal Rewards card via the Arsenal Official app if they intend to use the pre-payment functionality. You do not need to take any action if you only intend to use your card to access Emirates Stadium.
For returning Arsenal Members based overseas and Junior Gunners…
You should continue to use your existing Arsenal membership card.
