Mikel Arteta says meeting all our office staff has made him realise what a 'privileged' position he is in.
And speaking to the official matchday programme, our head coach revealed that his hard work has extended far beyond the pitch.
“On Tuesday afternoon, Albert Stuivenberg, Steve Round and I went to meet all of the staff," Arteta said in his programme notes.
"When you walk through the offices at Emirates Stadium, The Hub, Highbury House and Chapman House you realise just what a huge football club this is, so I made sure I spoke to everyone.
"I told them how I want each and every member of staff to be pulling in the same direction and how determined I am that we get Arsenal back to where we belong. I was really struck by the enthusiasm and passion of the staff and I think we have something really powerful here.
"Representing all the staff and of course all of the supporters makes me realise, again, what a privilege it is to be the head coach. I’m never going to take that for granted.”
