How we're celebrating Earth Day 2023

Earth Day 2023

This year, aligning with Earth Day's mission to diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide, we will be working alongside Islington Council to demonstrate our commitment to environmental protection.

Alongside our usual sustainability efforts, this year there's an opportunity for the whole Arsenal family to get involved and support.

Donate your boots!

This week, our Community team are collecting used football boots and trainers, which will be redistributed to local schools in Islington.

We encourage everyone to donate at the various collection points outside Emirates Stadium or at The Arsenal Hub on Friday, ahead of our Premier League fixture against Southampton.

Win with adidas

Teaming up with our partner adidas, there's also the chance to win a pair of boots from one of our adidas-sponsored players, including Ben White, Emile Smith Rowe, Kim Little and Katie McCabe!

The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 30 April 2023. The competition is limited to UK residents over the age of 18, no purchase is necessary. T&Cs apply.

Free bike repairs

In collaboration with Islington Council, the mobile bike maintenance company, Dr Bike, will be at the matchday bike park on Drayton Park to carry out free bike safety checks and mechanical repairs.

Supporters and local residents are invited to come down from 4pm until 7pm on Friday. Dr Bike will then be front of The Armoury on Saturday, 11am until 2pm. Free sports equipment repairs will also be available in The Arsenal Hub.
