We successfully kicked off our Subway Women's League Cup defence on Wednesday night with a 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.
It took until the second half for our squad to find the breakthrough through Frida Maanum, and goals from Katie McCabe and Kyra Cooney-Cross followed in a flash. Player of the Match Mariona Caldentey was then on hand to wrap up the victory with a fourth goal seven minutes from time.
