Frida Maanum has been named as a contender for the Barclays Women's Super League Player of the Season award after a phenomenal season at the club.
Our 23-year-old midfielder has nine goals and four assists to her name in only her second season in the league. You can vote for Frida for the accolade here.
Frida's dominance across the midfield has proved vital throughout the season, defined by her ability to score spectacular goals at precisely the right moment.
Our top scorer this season, she has been named Arsenal Women's Player of the Month twice this season and came second in the club's Goal of the Month poll in March for her beautiful strike against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Women's Champions League quarter-final. Our midfielder was also recently nominated for the PFA Fans' Player of the Season.
For the WSL annual prize, Frida is included in the eight-player shortlist alongside Ona Batlle (Man United), Rachel Daly (Aston Villa), Leah Galton (Man United), Kirsty Hanson (Aston Villa), Sam Kerr (Chelsea), Guro Reiten (Chelsea) and Khadija Shaw (Man City).
