Frida Maanum has been named in Norway's 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup squad, which takes place this summer in Australia and New Zealand.
Our midfielder will be flying across the world to join her international side shortly as preparations for the tournament begin. Norway will feature in the World Cup's opening match against co-hosts New Zealand on July 20, 8am (UK time).
At only 23 years of age, this is already her fourth senior international tournament, after last year's European Championships, the 2019 World Cup in France and the 2017 Euros in the Netherlands. Maanum has 11 goals in 66 appearances for Norway.
