We are delighted to have successfully delivered our first USA summers camps with partner ESF.
Throughout July and August, Arsenal Football Development Summer Camps USA were hosted at five different locations across the east coast of America.
Utilising ESF’s extensive 35-year experience, camps were delivered over four days in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania; Moorestown, New Jersey; Tower Hill, Delaware; Greenwich, Connecticut and Centre Court, Pennsylvania.
Over 200 boys and girls attended the programmes during the summer period, which saw Arsenal Football Development coaches lead coaching teams at each venue. Following the ‘Play The Arsenal Way’ philosophy, the focus was to create a fun, engaging camp for the all participants, as well as delivering a safe experience in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The warm summer months were perfect for outside activity and our joint and diligent approach to all safeguarding, health and safety and COVID-19 protocols ensured the boys and girls enjoyed the perfect balance of Arsenal Football Development coaching in a safe, controlled ESF environment.
The positive feedback and praise from participants and parents highlighted the success of these initial Football Development USA Summer camps, and we are excited to use this platform to build our future summer programming.
Planning has already commenced for 2021, where we will be focussed on delivering more venues, more participants and lots more fun!
