February internationals: who's playing and when

Leah Williamson lines up a pass whilst playing for England

Many of our Gunners are back with their national teams for a series of international tournaments and friendlies over the next seven days.

Frida Maanum is up first for Norway in the invitational Tournoi de France. Norway play their opening game against Uruguay (15 Feb), followed by a clash with Kathrine Kuhl's Denmark (18 Feb). They close out the tournament against France (21 Feb).

Kuhl and Denmark, meanwhile, begin with a match against France (15 Feb). After their game with Norway (18 Feb), the Danes face Uruguay (21 Feb).

Lionesses captain Leah Williamson and Lotte Wubben-Moy are set to defend their Arnold Clark Cup title this week, as they play Korea Republic (16 Feb), Italy (19 Feb) and Belgium (22 Feb). This is only the second iteration of the competition, which England won last February after beating Spain, Germany and Canada to the trophy lift. Beth Mead has not been called up due to the squad due to her ongoing ACL injury.

Two of our players will be competing in this year's SheBelieves Cup. For Brazil, Rafaelle Souza will be in action against Japan (16 Feb), Canada (19 Feb) and the USA (22 Feb). Our new goalkeeper Sabrina D'Angelo has been named in Canada's squad, where they are due to face the USA (16 Feb), followed by Rafaelle's Brazil and then closing with a game against Japan (22 Feb).

Caitlin Foord and Steph Catley are also in action for the Matildas in the Cup of Nations. The Australian side are up against Czechia (16 Feb) before playing Spain (19 Feb) and Jamaica (22 Feb).

Austria's Manuela Zinsberger and Laura Wienroither will face Victoria Pelova and the Netherlands in a double-headed friendly in Malta. The first clash takes place on 17 February, with round two kicking off four days later (21 Feb). Dutch all-time top goalscorer Vivianne Miedema misses out due to a long-term injury.

Lia Walti and Noelle Maritz will also play two friendlies against Poland when they join up with the Switzerland national team (17 Feb and 21 Feb).

Our Swedish attacking duo Stina Blackstenius and Lina Hurtig have two friendlies this month: the first against China (16 Feb) and the second against Euro 2022 finalists, Germany (21 Feb).

For the Republic of Ireland, Katie McCabe will captain the side against China (22 Feb) in a friendly.
