Away Game Availability
Cup Semi/Final availability / Priority over non attending Season Ticket holders
Us Silver Members are like Season Ticket Holders as we attend most games (pay as you go) however we do not get any priority or the same as non attending season ticket holders / people who sell season tickets on for a year etc.

Silver Membership Rewards/Point Scheme
The club has done a great job through the ‘Arsenal Rewards’ this year with the addition of ‘Attendance Challenges for trophies’ for Season Ticket holders, but this would be a useful engagement tool for Silver members. As a Silver Member you can go to countless home games but feel disheartened knowing the opportunity for final tickets or away games isn’t there. A point scheme that rewards Silver Members' continued support that offers ‘away game ballots’, ‘cup ballots’ or ‘home’ priority in a chosen block/seat would work well.
Away Ticket Access
Opportunity to attend 1 or 2 away games a year for Silver Members. I understand the difficulties given the number of season tickets but a reward scheme or ballot for a few games every year would be welcomed.
Home Priority/Seat selection
With the extension of the Junior Gunners enclosure in the lower tier and number of Season Ticket holders it has become quite difficult for a large number of Silver Members to be in the lower tier this season. Clock End and sparse seating available through the North Bank/sides of pitch only. The atmosphere could significantly benefit from a ‘silver only block’ to give our set of supports a pitch side experience that is also very affordable in comparison to the cost of upper tier tickets per game.
General Points: Food & Beverage around the outside of the stadium, Arsenal Rewards that can be used within the stadium on matchday

Arsenal member 15+ years, experience of both home and away matches, understands club culture
Sales/consulting experience, strong communication, negotiating and active listening skills that would add to a strong debate at fans’ forums
