As you are aware, the Club has been working on a new look for the exterior of Emirates Stadium and is planning to feature illustrations of our supporters (created from photos submitted to us) as part of the new artwork.
I’m delighted to now confirm that we would like to feature the photo that you submitted to us for this purpose.
In order for us to be able to use the supporter photo(s) to create illustrations and feature the illustrations in the Artwork, we require the written consent of the supporter who is featured in the photos (or, if they are under 18, their parent or guardian). If the supporter is deceased and you have submitted their photo to us in their memory, this form must be completed and signed by a personal representative or family member, on behalf of their family.
Notes on completing this form:
- This form must be completed and signed by the person featured in the photographs which you submitted to Arsenal for the purposes of the new Emirates Stadium artwork (the “Featured Supporter”).
- If the Featured Supporter is under the age of 18, this form must be completed and signed by the Featured Supporter’s parent or legal guardian.
- If the Featured Supporter is deceased and you have submitted their photo to us in their memory, this form must be completed and signed by a personal representative or family member, on behalf of the Featured Supporter’s family.
