Essential information: Birmingham City (h)

We can't wait to welcome you back to Meadow Park, but here is some important information that you should be aware of before you travel.

Ahead of arriving at Meadow Park, we advise all spectators to read our Code of Conduct - which is available to download below - and familiarise themselves with the new COVID-19 match day operations and procedures in place.

Upon purchasing an Arsenal Women ticket to a fixture held at Meadow Park, the ticket holder acknowledges and accepts the regulations as set out in the Code of Conduct.

Entry into Meadow Park

Entry into Meadow Park is facilitated by three screening points where ticket holders will receive a temperature check and Photo ID check. Screening points A and B will facilitate entry via turnstiles 1-5, whilst screening point C will facilitate turnstiles 6-7.

All turnstiles will open 1 hour 15 minutes prior to kick-off.

We advise spectators who wish to obtain a seat in the West Stand to arrive at Meadow Park early to ensure a seated position is granted.

Stand Type Screening point Turnstile
West Stand (North) Seated A & B 1 - 5
West Stand (South) Seated C 6 & 7
South Stand Standing C 6 & 7
North Bank Standing A & B 1 - 5

Seating and standing allocations

Please only sit on seats marked with a green tick to ensure that you are safely sat apart from other spectators. Please note seating at Meadow Park will operate on a first come, first served basis.

Your safety

Please follow any instructions given by stewards or stadium staff, it is their job to uphold stadium and supporter safety. Failure to comply with their requests could result in removal from the stadium.

Face coverings must be worn at all times. The only exceptions to our strict face covering policy is if you are medically exempt, eating, drinking or under 11 years of age.

Sanitising stations are available throughout the stadium and will be placed at all entry and exit points, as well as at all catering and toilet facilities.

Refreshments and toilets

Stadium catering will be available within Meadow Park. We politely remind all spectators to use these facilities throughout the match and not just at half-time to limit queues forming. It is mandatory for all food and drink to be taken back to your seating or standing area before consumption.

When using stadium toilets please follow signage, practice good hygiene and follow stewards instructions. Strict social distancing must be followed in these areas. Spectators toilets are situated in the North-West and South-West corners of the stadium.

Exit

When exiting the stadium, it is vitally important that you follow all signage and adhere to the stewards and stadium staff instructions at all times. PA announcements will be in place to ensure the smooth exiting from the stadium.

Please note, to avoid a surge in crowding you might be held briefly after the match to allow for staggered exits.

Thank you for your co-operation in returning safely to Meadow Park. We look forward to welcoming you back.
