important Information - New Purple Members. If you have joined the Purple Membership Scheme since the 1st of July 2021 you must have submitted your completed Eligibility Check Form and proof of disability to the Disability Liaison Team (DLT) before you can apply for this fixture. Documents should be emailed to disability@arsenal.co.uk, otherwise your Purple Membership card/Personal Assistant access card, will not be activated for the 2021/22 season

You will need to quote the following information (If you need to update your client details, please do so prior to booking):
- Valid password
- Valid email address
- Valid Membership number
- Credit/debit card details
Once a successful booking has been made, your Membership cards will be activated & you will be sent a confirmation email which will include the seat details.
All supporters are requested to bring their membership card in order to locate their seat and gain access to the stadium.
Important Information for Season 2021/22
Stadium Access
Access to the stadium will be via your Arsenal membership card, which will be loaded with the ticket(s) you have purchased. Please note if you have been issued a new My Arsenal Rewards card, this replaces your previous membership card which will no longer permit you access to Emirates Stadium (Purple Junior Gunners will continue to use their original card).
You will also be emailed a digital version of your membership pass which can be downloaded to your Apple / Android wallet and used to access Emirates Stadium for any purchased fixtures.
COVID-19
As part of our efforts to prepare fans for potential future entry procedures, on arrival to the stadium fans aged 18 and over may be asked if they have COVID certification. However, under the current guidance, demonstrating COVID certification is not mandatory and it not currently a condition of entry to the stadium.
We will inform ticket holders if there is any change in policy regarding the requirement to demonstrate COVID certification. Please click here for more information about how to provide proof of COVID status.
