We can confirm that Cloe Lacasse has left Arsenal to complete a permanent transfer to Utah Royals in the USA.
Cloe joined us from Portuguese side Benfica in the summer of 2023 and made her debut during our 3-0 win over Linkoping FC in our UEFA Women's Champions League Round 1 qualifier on 6th September 2023.
During her time at the club, Cloe made a total of 28 appearances and scored five goals.
She also represented the Canada Women's National Team at the 2024 Olympics, 2024 CONCACAF W Gold Cup and 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup while part of our club.
“Although my time at Arsenal was short, it was filled with memorable moments, thanks to the incredible teammates, staff and fans,” said Cloe.
“I’m grateful for the experience and will always carry with me the memory of scoring in front of you all at a sold-out Emirates Stadium. I wish the team, the club and all you Gooners the very best moving forward.”
Everyone at Arsenal Football Club would like to thank Cloe for her contribution to the club and we wish her well for her next chapter.
