Our men's first-team produced some incredible strikes during the 2022/23 campaign, and you can now select the pick of the best with our Goal of the Season competition.
103 were netted between August and May, but we've whittled that down to a top 10, which you can watch all over again by pressing play on the video above.
Remind yourself on how good each effort was, and then vote for your favourite below:
William Saliba v Bournemouth
August 20, 2022
William bagged his first goal for the club with a strike many of our attackers would have been proud of. Gabriel Martinelli floated a cross towards Granit Xhaka at the back post, who brought the ball down before setting up Wilo on the edge of the box who sent a looped strike over an outstretched Mark Travers and into the far top corner.
Fabio Vieira v Brentford
September 9, 2022
Fabio took his opportunity to announce himself to the Premier League with a delightful goal in our 3-0 win over Brentford earlier in the season. He struck sweetly from 25 yards to finish an end-to-end move, with the ball glancing off the post before nestling into David Raya’s net.
Thomas Partey v Tottenham Hotspur
October 1, 2022
Thomas’ first-time shot lifted the roof off Emirates Stadium as he put us 1-0 up in our first north London derby triumph of the season. We worked our way down the right through Bukayo Saka and Ben White before finding Partey unmarked in the middle, who unleashed an inch-perfect strike from outside the box that whistled into the top right corner.
Gabriel Martinelli v Nottingham Forest
October 30, 2022
Gabi sparked a scintillating home performance with a cheeky header as we hit Nottingham Forest for five. The tricky Brazilian was most alert in the penalty box as he drifted past three Forest defenders to meet a Bukayo Saka cross and steer a clever header in at the near post.
Kieran Tierney v FC Zurich
November 3, 2022
Kieran's only goal of the campaign proved to be a crucial one as it secured top spot in our Europa League group. KT silenced the noisy Zurich fans in the Clock End with a low first-time drive from the edge of the box that fizzed across the slick grass before nestling into the far corner to grab us a 1-0 victory.
Eddie Nketiah v West Ham United
December 26, 2022
We showed there was no World Cup hangover with this win over the Hammers on Boxing Day. Eddie showcased his fantastic technical ability when he received the ball with his back to goal and spun away from Thilo Kehrer before drilling a neat finish beyond former Gunner Lukasz Fabianski into the bottom left corner.
Martin Odegaard v Tottenham Hotspur
January 15, 2023
Our skipper netted 15 times over the course of the season, but this one was extra special as it helped us complete a double over Spurs and secure our first win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Martin's low strike from outside the box fizzed across the grass before finding the bottom right corner past the outstretched Hugo Lloris.
Bukayo Saka v Manchester United
January 22, 2023
After falling behind to a well-hit Marcus Rashford strike, we replied through Eddie Nketiah before the break and shortly into the second half, Bukayo put us ahead with an angled 25-yard effort that flew precisely into the bottom corner out of the reach of David De Gea to send the Emirates into raptures.
Bukayo Saka v Aston Villa
February 18, 2023
Bukayo followed that up with another fine strike at Villa Park, when he made the most of Tyrone Mings’ weak headed clearance by instinctively crashing a left-footed volley into the roof of the net from 12 yards out to pull us back on level terms, in a topsy-turvy game we would ultimately win.
Reiss Nelson v Bournemouth
March 4, 2023
Reiss’ sweet strike to complete an iconic comeback from 2-0 down against Bournemouth will live long in the memory. With a final roll of the dice deep into added time, we won a corner and after the set piece initially cleared, Reiss send the ball flying into the far corner which left Emirates Stadium in pure pandemonium.
