Arsenal Women Membership Value Exchange

Whilst we are currently unsure of when fans will be allowed games again, we have put a structure in place to ensure you receive the same value from your membership this season, regardless of the number of games played. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we acknowledge that some of our home fixtures may be played behind closed doors, or with a capacity limit in place this season.

This season, members will have free access to all unrestricted home games this season, and the exclusive opportunity to purchase any available tickets to restricted fixtures, at a discounted rate.

Unrestricted fixtures are home matches where Government guidance relating to COVID-19 permits all members to attend.

Restricted fixtures will include games played behind closed doors, and games where a capacity limit means not all members can attend. For these games, members will be provided with the exclusive opportunity to purchase any available tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All restricted games played during the season will count towards our brand-new Arsenal Women value exchange. At the end of the season, depending on the number of restricted fixtures played, members will be entitled to a gift of equivalent value.

Only our guaranteed home fixtures this season will count towards the value exchange.

• 11 Barclays FA Women’s Super League home fixtures
• 2 Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup home fixtures

The Arsenal Women value exchange:

• If 1-4 games are unavailable to all Members, they will be entitled to a signed player photo

• If 5-7 games are unavailable to all Members, they will be entitled to a gift of RRP value circa £10-£15

• If 8-10 games are unavailable to all Members, they will be entitled to a gift of RRP value circa £25-£30

• If 11 games or more are unavailable to all Members, they will be entitled to a gift of RRP value circa £40-£50
