Arsenal Members Free Stadium Tour Ticket Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the Arsenal Members Free Stadium Tour Ticket (“Promotion”). By requesting a free Stadium Tour in person at The Armoury, Emirates Stadium, Hornsey Road, London, N7 7AJ (“the Armoury”), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion is live on and from 29 June 2021 at 10:00 (UK time) (“Start Date”) until 11 July 2021 at 16:00 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). The Promotion shall only be valid during the Stadium Tour opening hours between 10:00 (UK time) and 16:00 (UK time) (the “Opening Hours”).

2. HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FREE TOUR: To access and enter the Promotion, you need to attend the Armoury in person and present your Arsenal membership card (or proof of such membership) requesting your Free Stadium Tour Ticket before the Closing Date within the Opening Hours. Your Stadium Tour shall then take place that day, subject to availability. If for any reason Arsenal is unable to fulfill your (valid and compliant) request for a Free Stadium Tour Ticket on the day, then Arsenal shall offer you an alternative date and time within the next seven (7) days for you to attend the tour.

3. Only one (1) ticket shall be provided to each Arsenal Member who accesses the promotion, and any other guests (including any parent(s)/guardian(s)/adult(s)) must purchase a separate Stadium Tour Ticket in order to accompany you on the Tour.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to registered Arsenal Members (which shall mean those Arsenal Red, Silver, Gold, Team JGs, Young Guns, WTOW, Purple, Platinum (excluding Diamond Club and executive box) members who have renewed for the 2021/22 Season) only.

5. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

6. FREE STADIUM TOUR TICKET: This promotion shall grant you one (1) Stadium Tour Ticket free of charge (the “Ticket”). The Ticket is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the Ticket where applicable.

8. Terms and conditions which are applicable to the Stadium Tours shall apply to you as can be found at https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com/termsAndConditions. You also agree to comply fully with the Ground Regulations (available at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms) and all security checks required to access the Stadium.

9. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be deemed void.

10. Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

11. Entries to the Promotion must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):
    1. 1. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion, resulting from any cause whatsoever; or
       2. any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.

15. SPIRIT OF THE PROMOTION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future competitions and promotions.
