If you are trying to purchase a match ticket not included on your Gold Membership, for example an away fixture or League Cup fixture, you can do so by following one of these two easy options:
1. Online:
Visit the Tickets & Membership section, check the purchasing criteria, select the game you wish to attend and login using your Membership number and password, then follow the instructions on screen.
2. Contact Fan Services
Get in touch with Fan Services via our Help Desk or call +44 (0)20 7619 5000. Lines are open Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 17:00.
