All successful transactions completed after 10am on Wednesday 21st September 2016 will be via theThe Arsenal TicketFast facility. Each TicketFast ticket will be emailed to the lead client email address and will need to be printed and taken to the game to gain entry to the stadium. Your tickets will arrive in the second email after completing your booking.
All successful transactions completed between 11am on Friday 9th September and 10am on Wednesday 21st September will be sent paper tickets to the lead client address to gain entry. In the unlikely event that supporters do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from Wednesday 28th September 2016. The lines are open 09.30am to 17.00pm.
