Paper tickets purchased from 10am on Friday 16th November 2012 via the Friends and Family service will be dispatched to the lead client's registered address. In the unlikely event that members do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from Friday 7th December 2012. The lines are open 09.30 to 17.00.

Any overseas tickets purchased will be posted to the Emirates Stadium and held for collection in the lead client name at the South West Collection Office situated on podium level opposite turnstile S from 5pm on the evening of the fixture.

Arsenal Football Club tickets are only available through the channels as advertised on the Club official website or via our Matchday partners, Thomas Cook.

A number of companies and individuals advertise on the Internet claiming to provide official Arsenal tickets.

We would like to warn all Supporters that the unauthorised sale or disposal of football tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.
