My Network

My Network is a facility that allows you to group with fellow members to enable you to assign a member to any item in your basket when purchasing tickets or managing season tickets/memberships i.e. renewing season tickets and memberships or purchase reserved seats for certain fixtures on their behalf.

To add existing Arsenal members to your network you must first ensure that the member has activated their membership online. Enter the Membership number and Surname for the member to be added and click 'Login'-please note that every membership added to your network will require a valid email address.

If you wish to create an account for someone who is not already registered through e-Tickets please click 'Create Account' and complete all fields.

There are two levels of My Network where you have the ability to upgrade or downgrade Arsenal members to/from Assignment level or Managed Level.

Level 1 - Assignment level. This level will enable you to assign a member of your Network to any item in your basket when purchasing tickets. These members can be upgraded to Level 2.

Level 2 - Managed level. This level will enable you to manage season tickets/memberships for members of your Network i.e. renew season tickets and memberships or purchase reserved seats for certain fixtures on their behalf.

You can also add members to an existing group or create a new group. This again can make it easier to assign a member to any item in your basket.

Should you have any queries regarding the activation process please give the "Contact Centre" a call on 020 7619 5000.

Alternatively call the "Contact Centre" on 020 7619 5000 and follow the instructions through to an operator who can book your travel.
