The attacking midfielder opened the scoring in the 14th minute and doubled his and Arsenal's tally within 60 seconds.
Bunjaku completed his hat-trick eight minutes before the break and the game was over as a contest long before Caolan Lavery grabbed a late consolation for Ipswich.
