Last month, we asked for your help in naming the Octopus Energy Octopus. We received loads of brilliant suggestions, and picking just one winner was not an easy decision.
Octopus Energy are delighted to announce, the new name for their Octopus is… Sunny!
Congratulations to Junior Gunner Sam for coming up with the winning name. We loved how Sam had managed to think of a name that links to the way in which Octopus Energy use the power of the sun to provide renewable energy.
As our winner, Sam and his family were invited to Emirates Stadium for a family matchday experience. On Sunday October 1st, our winning family were treated to four Club Level tickets for Arsenal v Brighton and a pre-match meal. On top of this Sam and his family were even invited to come in early and go behind-the-scenes to watch the team arrive and have a pitch side photo taken.

Thanks to all of Junior Gunners who entered this competition. We received more than one suggestion for the name Sunny, and Sam was picked at random from this small group.
