We've teamed up with Mind and Mind Islington to give Junior Gunners exclusive access to this competition to win a pair of tickets to an Arsenal pre-season match!
The pre-season match against Chelsea on Sunday 1st August will be a double header with the Arsenal women’s team kicking off at 12.15pm and the men’s game at 3pm. Ticket sales from the match are supporting mental health charity Mind and the Arsenal Foundation.
To be in with a chance to win a pair of tickets all you need to do is correctly answer our question on the Five Ways to Wellbeing in the form below. We'll then randomly select 25 lucky winners who have answered correctly to receive a pair of tickets each.
