On Tuesday, April 10th, we hosted our annual Ball Squad Trials at the Arsenal Hub.
Over 150 Junior Gunners aged between 12-16 years attended our trials in the hope of being selected for our Ball Squad for Season 2018/19. Our trials have been designed to put our Young Guns through their paces, testing ability to work within a team, co-ordination, agility, throwing and catching skills.
The standard of our Young Guns who attended the trials was very high, making the selection process a difficult one. The Junior Gunners Team are now tasked with whittling down the candidates to just 20, who will make up the squad for the whole of Season 2018/19.

Our Ball Squad are an integral part of our match day team, and are on the sidelines for every match played at Emirates Stadium. The trials are an annual event available only to our Junior Gunners Members aged between 12-16 years - find out more about being a Young Gun here.
