Harry Offer spent just under two seasons with Arsenal.
The forward joined from Swindon Town in September 1889 and made his first-class debut in an FA Cup qualifier against Norwich Thorpe one month later.
Offer started three times and scored once before leaving in 1891 without making a league appearance. He later played for Southampton St Mary's.
