Charles McGibbon

Charles McGibbon had two spells as an Arsenal player.

The striker signed for the Club as an amateur in 1905 and rejoined from Southampton in 1909.

McGibbon made four league appearances, scoring three goals before joining Leyton in August 1910;

McGibbon served in the First World War and his son, Douglas, followed in his father’s footsteps by also representing Southampton.
