A marauding right back with bags of pace and superb technical ability, Brooke spent the first half of last season on loan with Championship side Rotherham United, playing 21 times, before joining Coventry City in January. Brooke impressed as he helped the Sky Blues reach the Championship play-off final at Wembley, making 24 appearances in all competitions. The previous season he starred for Lincoln City in League One, and has played for England at every age group from under-16 to under-20. He was part of the squad that won the European U19 Championships in Slovakia in June 2022.
