We currently have four walking football sessions running each week, all of which are aimed at over-50s or those with limiting health conditions that do not allow them to play the full game of football.
Walking football is a brilliant way to stay fit and have fun, without the full impact and injury risk of full-speed football. Our coaches can teach you the game and will ensure everyone gets the most from each session. There are even opportunities for competitive fixtures against other walking football teams for those that want to get involved, as you can see from our recent friendly against Bournemouth.
