Luke joined Arsenal in 2013 after collecting experience at three professional football clubs.

He started his coaching career with Peterborough United as a community officer and then became Cambridge United's centre of excellence manager.

After spending time with the U's, Luke undertook a role as head of coaching at Southend United before joining Arsenal.

Luke was named interim academy manager following Andries Jonker's appointment as head coach at VFL Wolfsburg in February 2017.
